Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes skincare doesn't work for you and that's okay! We have an easy return policy for our customers.
All Rooted Radiance Shop purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt to the original payment method.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange your order.
Once a return ticket has been issued, a return label will be sent via email. Once the return label has been issued the customer will have 7 days to get the return to the post office and processed in. Should the return not have arrived at the post office within 7 days, then the return will be no longer valid and voided.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an incorrect address is used and the package is shipped to the incorrect address used, a refund will not be issued until Rooted Radiance Shop receives the wrongly addressed package at our headquarters. If a new package is requested by the customer in place of a refund, a new shipping charge will be billed and must be paid before the new shipment is to be sent out.
All returns must be of minimal use of product in order to be accepted for a return.
All returns will be reissued back to the original payment method.
Please email Lydia at lydia@rootedradianceshop.com with your order number and the items you would like to return as well as the reason for the return.
Lydia will email you return instructions. Unless items are damaged, return postage back to our Minnesota facility is the responsibility of the customer.
